Social responsibily :This responsibility can be passive, by avoiding engaging in socially harmful acts, or active, by performing activities that directly advance social goals.And this is divided in to types of social responsibility
1: Corporate social responsibility
Corporate social responsibility involves businesses acting in accordance with social principles. This could come in the form of outright philanthropy or modified practices, and involves the appliance of business ethics in determining business policy.
2:Emerging Normative Status of Social Responsibility
Social responsibility as a non-binding, or soft law principle has received some normative status in relation to private and public corporations in the United Nations Educational, Social and Cultural Organization .
Family responsibility: In general, most people would agree that a family has a multi-generational component. Adults alone, paired or single, are not usually referred to as a family. When adults acquire children by birth or by adoption, the cohort is labeled as a family. Because a child is essential to the creation of this conception of a family, the child becomes a sinifier of the family.
Legal responsability:
To determine accountability for an alleged nuisance, a court will examine three factors: the defendant's fault, whether there has been a substantial interference with the plaintiff's interest, and the reasonableness of the defendant's conduct.
